- Appointments and payment To read and agree to · required Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to change it, please let us know at least 24 hours before so we can offer the time to someone else. A fee may apply when an appointment is missed or cancelled late, except in a genuine emergency. Payment is due on the day of your appointment. If you have private health insurance, we can claim on the spot so you pay only the gap.
