Screens lock themselves on shared computers
A clinic's screen now locks after 30 minutes left alone, so a computer the team shares never stays open on a patient. Owners can change the time.
-
Reports you can point at
Hover over any chart in Reports to see the figure behind it, for any day and any practitioner.
-
Notes to write, with every name in full
The reminder of notes still to write names each patient in full, with the day and time of the visit.
-
Diary memos you can read at a glance
Memos on the diary look like a sticky note now, with the words in bold.
-
Patient files open faster
A patient's file loads in one go, with notes listed rather than opened in full.
-
Video appointments
Telehealth in the browser: the patient opens a link and the call starts. Nothing to install.
-
Your diary in your own calendar
Each practitioner can see their Clinidiary bookings in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
-
Repeat bookings in one go
Book daily, on weekdays, weekly up to every four weeks, or monthly. A repeat never lands in a break or time off.
-
Letters written on the page they print on
Write a letter on your own letterhead exactly as it will print, and drag its fields into place.
-
Staff hours and timesheets
Owners and managers see who is on today, a timesheet of people by days, and any shift nobody clocked off.
-
A status page
See at a glance whether Clinidiary is running normally.
