Your clinic's booking page
Clinidiary gives your practice its own booking page, with your name, a short welcome and your brand colour. Put the link on your Google Business Profile, your website's Book button, your Instagram and Facebook pages, and your email signature.
If you have more than one site, each can have its own link showing only that site's practitioners and times. See software for multi-site physio practices.
What the patient does
- Choose the service: an initial assessment, a follow-up, a Pilates class if you offer it online.
- Choose the practitioner, or anyone available.
- Pick a time, grouped into morning, afternoon and evening.
- Enter their details and book.
While they type, the time they picked is held for ten minutes, so reception or another patient cannot take it.
Only the times you want to offer
A time is offered only if the whole appointment starts and finishes inside that site's opening hours, the practitioner is free, and nothing on the diary is in the way. You also choose:
- how soon before an appointment people may still book, and how far ahead;
- whether new patients can book, or only existing ones;
- which services are bookable online, and which practitioners for each;
- how many times to show in each part of the day;
- whether to show prices, durations and your address;
- how close to the appointment a patient may cancel online.
Straight into the diary
An online booking lands in the diary like any other, and a new patient is created with the details they gave. Then send your intake form, and let the reminders do the rest.
Setting it up
- Manage → Online booking: switch it on, choose the address and write a welcome.
- Check each site's opening hours under Manage → Locations. A site with no hours set is not limited, so set them first.
- Choose which services can be booked online.
- Book a test appointment from your own phone and find it in the diary.
