One patient, every site
A patient belongs to the practice, not to a site. Whichever site they visit, reception finds the same file with every note, measure, letter, invoice and pack. A pack bought at one site works at another.
Each site's own details
Each site has its own address, phone, email and opening hours. The diary refuses a booking when a site is closed, and each site has its own online booking link showing only its practitioners and times.
The right site on every invoice and message
- An invoice carries the address of the site where the visit happened.
- Reminders and messages name the right site, its address and phone.
- Each site has its own switches for automatic email and SMS. A new site starts with them off, so its patients hear nothing until you are ready.
Reports by site
Revenue, utilisation, cancellations and each practitioner's figures for the whole practice, and cut by site where that makes sense. See clinic reports.
Staff across sites
One login per person for the whole practice, with roles that decide what each can open. Clocking on, leave and timesheets in the same place. See staff timesheets and leave.
Stock by site
Stock is counted per site, and a sale comes off the shelf where it was sold. See stock and retail.
One price, however many sites
Clinidiary is A$30 a month per practitioner after six free months (A$25 paid yearly), plus GST. Every site is on the one account at no extra charge, and reception at every site is free.
