Clock on from any device
Each person opens My time and clocks on and off from the clinic computer or their own phone. Managers can see who is in.

Leave, requested and approved
Staff request leave in My time and an owner or manager approves it. Approved leave shows in the diary, so nobody is booked with a practitioner who is away, and repeat bookings never land in it.
Leave balances accrue from each person's employment terms. Casual staff and contractors do not accrue leave, deliberately: a balance shown against a contractor is a number someone may one day ask to be paid out.
Timesheets ready for payroll
At the end of the pay period, approved timesheets show each person's hours, ready for payroll.
Roles and permissions
Every person has their own login and a role. Six roles cover more than fifty permissions, all checked on the server. Reception can book, invoice and take payments but can never open clinical notes. See patient privacy and security.
Changing a role signs that person out so it takes effect immediately. When someone leaves, archive their login; everything they signed and every payment they took stays linked to their name.
Priced for a team
Clinidiary is A$30 a month per practitioner after six free months (A$25 paid yearly), plus GST. Owners, managers, reception and accounts are free, so adding a receptionist costs nothing. Staff across several sites use one login; see multi-site practices. Each practitioner's figures are in clinic reports.
